Due to dynamic development of one of our Clients we are looking for suitable candidate for the following position:

Office Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Overall Experience: 2 to 5 years.

• Demonstrated experience with report generation and analysis preferred

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Fluent in English

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Professional demeanor, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information

• Flexible, detailed, and able to successfully accept change

• Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment

• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines

• Proactive, resourceful and efficient, maintaining a high level of professionalism

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skill

• Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes highly preferred


• Provide administrative support to the Senior Manager, Customer Care including: scheduling of internal and external meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, setting up conference rooms, arranging any necessary audio/visual support and sometimes taking minutes.

• Work closely with the management team to coordinate and prepare powerpoint presentations and basic excel summaries of International sales and financial results.

• Assist visiting colleagues and visitors with on-the-ground advice for hotels, taxis, directions, catering and other local knowledge that is critical to coordinating a successful customer or internal group meeting.

• Coordinate with appropriate Akamai departments, as needed, to ensure support for overall office operations and lead local management of office seating arrangements, computer/copier/printer support, office security.

• Handle new employee set-up, manage office seating locations and employee movements

• Facilitate procurement of office-related items

• Support company event planning

• Coordinate re-stocking of kitchen and pantry

• Review, approve, and submit supply orders

• Manage vendor relationships

• Assist the CCare team in processing incoming email requests and monitoring of Queue/ACD coverage
