Place of work: Production Plant, Niepruszewo (near: Buk / Poznan)

Daily tasks

• Implementation of effective measures to control microbiological hazards in Production

• Coordination and updates of the environmental monitoring program

• Developing micro test plans for raw materials and finished products

• Establish and conduct trainings on hygienic work processes and behavior for lab and shop floor operators

• Trouble shooting & develop corrective actions

• Daily cooperation with external service providers

• Provide expertise to our customers with regard to microbiological hazards in the different types of applications

• Ongoing review of microbiological methods available on the market and their possible applications in the premix plant

Expectations:

• University degree in microbiology, biology, biotechnology or food science

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in food microbiology

• Profound knowledge of microbiological requirements for food and medical health food products

• Communication skills with customers, service providers, regulatory bodies and for internal trainings

• Fluency in English. (verbal and in writing)

• Familiarity with SAP, MS Office portfolio and standard Lab applications
